India has one of the highest rates of oral cancer in the world and tobacco is responsible for a significant amount of morbidity and mortality among middle-aged population. As per the Revised Guidelines for Tobacco-Free Educational Institution of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the Government of India, OFJC has declared the college campus as “Tobacco-Free Campus”, thereby it prohibits the use of tobacco, in any form, inside the college campus. We also undertake various programmes to educate and create awareness among the students about its ill effects in the long run.
